Hello and welcome to my website.  I am Karen Oscroft, a complementary health practitioner.  As a qualified Reflexologist, I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists. I am also qualified in and practise Indian Head Massage with additional neck, back and shoulder treatment, Reiki and Meridian Energy Therapies such as Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Emotrance. 

As I am passionate about the benefits of complementary therapies I continually seek to broaden my knowledge and skills by regularly attending training courses and workshops in order to provide the best care possible.

Where I practise?

I practise at The Therapy Centre in Westerham, Kent www.thetherapycentrewesterham.co.uk and in Oxted, Surrey. Home visits are sometimes available by arrangement. As a qualified practitioner, I am committed to offering you the very highest standards of treatment together with a professional and confidential service in a relaxing environment.

How I like to work

I like to tailor treatment according to your needs and preferences and work with you to improve your health and general wellbeing. As individuals we are all unique, not only physically but mentally and emotionally in our outlook, behaviour and thinking patterns. Treatment focuses on you as a whole person and not simply the symptoms of your condition.
